Our Process

We’ll email you a questionnaire to get as much information as possible about your future home. Then we’ll give you a call to discuss your needs even further.
Question and Call Back01
We’ll meet you at the site to begin the collaboration and take you through our building process.
Site Visit02
Our agreement includes costs like the site survey, soil test, engineering and planning report, as well as our estimate for your project.
Initial Agreement03
This is where your luxury home starts to take shape, with the help of one of our hand-picked architects. We’ll finalise the design and work with you to select key elements like fixtures and fittings before calculating the final cost of your project.
Design and Detailed Costings04
We will spend the time to make sure you’re happy with the budget and timeline and discuss any queries you may have regarding the building process, such as variations. Once the contract is signed, we send all the documentation off to the building surveyor for approval.
Contract and Permit05
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! We understand your excitement and will keep you up to date as your home takes shape, with regular calls, emails, photos and site visits.
The Build Begins06
It’s the other moment you’ve been waiting for! But before we hand over the keys to your dream home, we will conduct a full quality assurance inspection to make sure you’ll be happy there for years to come.
